The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday.All that you need is:2 years or more of sales experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's licenseCar industry knowledge is helpful but not required. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experienceSales, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plusSteady work history and the commitment to starting a new careerOutgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily ( "people person")Basic computer, email and internet proficiencyExcellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow throughSaturdays and some evening hoursValid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle RecordMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, and DMV screen1 year's worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferredWHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SALES CONSULTANT?As a Sales Consultant at our car dealership, you're at the heart of our mission to deliver top-notch customer service, guiding each client through an exciting journey to find their perfect vehicle.
