Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as a member of the interdisciplinary care team in the Operating Room setting
• Provide perioperative nursing care across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedic, general, robotic, spine, ENT, and gynecological procedures
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system to document and manage patient care
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license or compact nursing license (must reflect Active status)
• Active BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Active ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Prior travel experience in an OR setting required
• Robotics experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (based on driver's license)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties (orthopedic, spine, robotic, ENT, GYN)
