responsibilities:

Provide full-time, on-site technical supervision and oversight for extensive earthworks, foundation construction, and proof rolling observations.
Identify construction issues or deviations early and coordinate prompt corrective actions with subcontractors, construction teams, and home-office engineering.
Review vendor submittals and laboratory test results to integrate robust, safe engineering solutions into the design and construction phases.
Maintain comprehensive field documentation, including the preparation of daily field reports, inspection records, and quality/nonconformance reports (NCRs).
Coordinate daily with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, construction, and safety personnel while tracking project scope, schedule, and budget.
