Established, reputable Wilkes County law firm seeks aReal Estate Paralegal withthree to five years of experience in Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate transactions. The ideal candidate will beproficient in SoftPro, andfamiliar withallaspects of real estate closings, from contract to post-closing. Title Search experience is abigplus. Candidatesmust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must becompletely comfortable in a client-facing capacity serving as the " face" of the firm' s real estate practice, confidently providing excellent, memorable service to clients. Must alsowork effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and support staff. Knowledge of Clio office management & billing software is strongly preferred. HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION for the Wilkes County area is being offered, based on experience. Professionalreferences are required. Work weeks is38.5 hoursbut paid for 40hours.
