• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to foster recovery and promote emotional well-being.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects ongoing treatment progress.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Our Detox Center serves a diverse population of individuals facing substance use disorders, from those in acute withdrawal to those transitioning into long-term recovery programs. Many clients also deal with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in guiding these clients through their recovery journey, providing the necessary emotional and psychological support.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license valid in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• A strong capacity for problem-solving and critical thinking, particularly in high-stress situations.

• An ability to thrive in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment.

While a minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly those that address substance use and dual-diagnosis patients. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and solution-based therapies are also advantageous.
