About the Job Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Arizona. About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. Qualifications Independently licensed and living in Arizona — LPC, LMFT, LCSW Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools Good teammate – value positive contributors to a clinical community Compensation Up to $25,200.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. How We Support You We handle administrative work such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. Paid orientation and training are provided. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.ET.
