Maintenance Technician

Electrical Maintenance or Multicraft TechnicianWe are seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance or Multicraft Technicians to support night-shift manufacturing operations in a manufacturing production environment. This role is critical to minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining safe and efficient plant operations, and supporting continuous production. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industrial maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems, with exposure to manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtimeSupport manufacturing operations by responding promptly to equipment failures during productionDiagnose root causes of equipment issues and recommend corrective actionsAssist with installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment and toolingMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usageFollow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant policiesCollaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and uptimeSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and safetyQualifications:5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong multicraft OR electrical troubleshooting skillsPLC troubleshooting experienceAbility to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentationComfortable working independently on night shift with minimal supervision
