Contract Recruiter | Overland Park, KS Contract | $30-35ph. LHH is working with a professional services company seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional, administrative, technical, and operational positions. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions from requisition intake through onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring criteria, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Facilitate offers discussions, compensation negotiations, and acceptance processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics include time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and talent availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or staffing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
