Work Outlook: With a strong schedule of current work and a large backlog, we are looking to build our field leadership team. We offer year around work.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to oversee our masonry operations on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of masonry practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise masonry crews in the installation of brick, block, stone, and other masonry materials.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Manage daily work schedules and assignments for crew members, ensuring timely progress on projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality inspections of work and materials to uphold company standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills and safety awareness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to facilitate project completion.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure project continuity.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Masonry Foreman or similar role in commercial masonry.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman level mason with foreman experience is required.
