Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager

$75,000–$90,000 – 1st Shift – Mon–Fri 7am–4pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager to support operations within a modern aerospace/turbine manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader looking to continue growing into a future Maintenance Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations and equipment uptime
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory tracking
• Help oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery and plant equipment
• Support new equipment installations and facility projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Lead maintenance operations in the absence of the Maintenance Manager
• Promote safe and efficient manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing 10+ employees
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong safety focus
• Associate degree or trade certification preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
