PLM & Product Data Lead — Drive Data Quality & Compliance

Miniat seeks a PLM & Product Data Manager to own the PLM platform (Infor PLM for Process) and manage product data standards across Miniat Meats and South Chicago Packing. You will lead regulatory reviews for labeling, nutrition, and claims while guiding the Regulatory Specialist. You will partner with IT for configuration, testing, and reporting, and define information requirements, approvals, and data-handling standards.
