Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key roles of a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative include:

• Selling memberships and packages in alignment with client's wellness goals
• Providing tours to new clients and educating on service pairings
• Assisting clients over the phone and in person with questions about scheduling and memberships
• Ensuring clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services
• Maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Using multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking
• Understanding product and service pairings, including contraindications
• Acting as first line of customer service around questions and concerns with clients
• Performing opening and closing procedures including using checklists and sales dashboards
• Representing the brand by embodying Restore's core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle

Qualities you need to succeed as a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative:

• Passion for health and wellness
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Available weekdays and weekends, weekends are required
• Tech savvy and able to manage multiple web platforms throughout the day
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
