The Food Runner position is about:

• Guaranteeing that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Removing dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
• Making sure tables are clear, clean, and quickly reset between seats.
• Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand, and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
• Assisting the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
