About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing home improvement company is seeking energetic, dependable, and outgoing individuals to join its Denver-area team as Brand Representatives.

This is a field-based customer engagement and lead generation role where you’ll represent the company inside major retail warehouse locations, at roadshows, and at local home shows and community events.

You’ll be one of the first people prospective customers interact with. Your job is to start friendly conversations, provide a quick overview of the company’s home improvement products, identify interested homeowners, and schedule complimentary in-home appointments with the sales team.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. The company is looking for people who are approachable, conversational, and professional — never pushy or aggressive.

No home improvement experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the company professionally at assigned retail warehouse locations, roadshows, home shows, and community events.
• Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly, respectful, and conversational way.
• Provide a brief and accurate overview of the company’s products, features, and benefits.
• Identify interested homeowners and schedule free in-home appointments with the sales team.
• Accurately collect and enter customer information using a tablet or other mobile device.
• Work toward a daily goal of generating qualified customer leads.
• Set up and take down pop-up banner and podium displays for roadshow shifts.
• Staff permanent or semi-permanent kiosk displays at retail locations.
• Keep displays clean, organized, and professional.
• Report daily lead activity and customer feedback to your manager.
• Communicate proactively regarding scheduling, results, and any issues at your assigned location.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.

The company currently uses several different field setups, including pop-up roadshows, kiosk locations near retail entrances, and local home shows and community events.

Scheduling Details

• Part-time, approximately 20–35 hours per week.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Night and holiday availability may also be required.
• Hours may vary depending on retail traffic, event schedules, and business needs.
• Shifts are committed to in advance, so reliable attendance is extremely important.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area are required.

• Comfortable working toward daily lead-generation goals.
• Able to learn basic product information and explain it clearly.
• Comfortable entering customer information on a tablet or smartphone.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Previous retail, customer service, promotions, appointment setting, or lead generation experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
• Commission paid on each generated lead that results in a completed in-home demonstration.
• $50 per completed in-home demonstration
• Weekly pay on hourly wages.
• Commissions paid every other week.
• Paid training provided.
• Part-time schedule with approximately 20–35 hours per week.

Physical Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods during a shift.
• Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Setting up, taking down, transporting, and storing display materials.
• Bending and reaching as needed during display setup and breakdown.
