TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53215!

Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience, with at least 2 prior travel contracts License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, Client MOAB Must-Have: - Experience in caring for critical care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation - Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations - Strong team collaboration skills with clear and timely communication - Ability to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety - Proficiency in EPIC - Willingness to float on-site within skill set or to nearby locations if needed Description: EOW or based on department needs. EOH rotating with regular staff. Experience in managing critical patient populations is essential. Candidates should have a strong ability to document clinical care accurately. Experience in psychiatric and pediatric care will be a significant asset. Collaboration with the team is crucial, and communication must be clear and timely. Candidates will need to manage concerns properly and seek assistance when necessary to assure patient safety. Familiarity with the EPIC system is required. Flexibility to float to other sites within a 40-mile radius is needed.
