La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center
EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is seeking a Family Support Partner to model navigation within the behavioral health system for families in Tempe or Glendale. You will provide direct family support as a core member of the Child and Family Team, help families set culturally specific goals, and connect them to education, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and social services.
