Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Physical Therapy license in Texas
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric therapy preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in line with students' IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ therapy needs and goals
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and submit timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Provide inservice training or support to staff as needed
