Remote Licensing Counsel for Health Tech

Milliman is seeking a Counsel-Licensing to provide analysis and counsel on legal issues for the Health division. You will work with internal clients, draft and negotiate a range of contracts, and help ensure policy compliance within a global, distributed team. Qualified candidates hold a J.D., a US bar license (WA or other jurisdiction), and at least four years in-house or law firm experience, including SaaS contracts.
