Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment plans and update discharge plans of care
- Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Hold an active state PT license or be able to obtain one
- Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy practices and principles
- Patient evaluation and assessment
- Treatment planning and implementation
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Supervision of support staff
- Collaboration with healthcare teams
- Compliance with regulatory standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical reasoning and problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
