Frontend Software Engineer

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We have 5+ years of experience building production web interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• We bring strong visual judgment and a meticulous eye for user experience details.
• We work effectively with designers and product managers, communicating clearly and collaborating well.
• We are self-driven, comfortable owning projects with limited direction, and able to thrive in fast-moving environments.
• We approach engineering pragmatically, balancing speed, maintainability, and user impact.
• We understand frontend-to-backend fundamentals, including web APIs, databases, and servers.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and/or Go is a plus.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries is a strong advantage.
• Experience with user research, visual design, or interaction design is a bonus.
• Exposure to AI/ML products, complex data interfaces, or enterprise SaaS products is helpful.
• Familiarity with broader full-stack technologies such as GraphQL, Go, or cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Startup or small-team experience is an added advantage.

• We design, build, and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library.
• We translate Figma designs into polished, pixel-accurate interfaces with thoughtful interactions.
• We uphold high standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and code quality.
• We optimize loading, bundle size, and rendering to keep the frontend fast and reliable.
• We work across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent experience.
• We iterate quickly in a startup setting, making practical engineering trade-offs as needed.
• We integrate frontend features with our GraphQL API and, when necessary, make server-side updates to unblock work.
• We collaborate with designers to define patterns and guidelines that help the team ship consistent UI.
• We help deliver end-to-end product experiences without compromising UI quality.
