Position Summary We are seeking a talented part-time Floral Designer who shares our commitment to quality, customer service, and artistic expression. Key Responsibilities Design floral arrangements following established recipes and create custom arrangements within budget and available product. Create arrangements for a range of occasions, including funeral pieces and events. Assist walk-in customers with selecting and customizing floral designs tailored to their needs, keeping both budget and design considerations in mind. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, answering questions, taking orders, and advising on floral pieces for specific occasions. Support general shop operations, including processing flowers, managing the cooler, caring for plants, and general cleaning as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in floral design. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
