Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Title

Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule changes and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications team to align deliverables and project goals.

Lead and manage the work of direct reports with effective project management approach, monitor everyday operations of application team and provide regular feedback.

Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and integrate well with overall technology, infrastructure, and security architecture in place.

Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code.

Document work processes and procedures for optimization opportunities and deploying shared services across all operating business units.

Qualifications:

Experience with handling business systems integrations as part of mergers and acquisitions.

Experience working Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.

Experience in a management or supervisory role on an application delivery team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Public Administration, or related degree and at least 7 years of progressively responsible work in enterprise applications, including 3 years of supervisory experience, or any combination thereof sufficient to demonstrate competence for this position.

Comprehensive skills with database, application and system management and architecture, including traditional and web-based user interfaces, mobility, process and workflow management, reporting, and data analysis and excellent program management skills.

Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM/HCM), and a strong business understanding.

Must be able to explain technical issues or concerns to non-technical cross functional team members.
