Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from a range of methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using our electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document client progress and interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues such as trauma, substance abuse, relationship concerns, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Massachusetts.
