Operator- Aviation Assembler

Job Description

We are now hiring for Assemblers who would be responsible for carrying out a range of production tasks focused on building and wiring precision components used in highly regulated manufacturing environments. This role requires the ability to follow written instructions in English, complete detailed wiring of circuit breakers, and perform small coil or winding assemblies. Work is completed at an assigned station and involves repetitive processes that demand accuracy, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality output.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions in English to ensure accurate assembly processes.

• Wire aerospace circuit breakers with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform small winding assembly tasks as required.

• Work at a designated workstation to maintain a consistent workflow.

• Execute repetitive tasks with focus on maintaining quality and efficiency in production.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in assembly and wiring tasks.

• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.

• Ability to use hand and power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working within an ITAR facility.

Work Environment

• Clean, organized and climate controlled facility

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18/hr.
