Schedule / Job Type

Contract (6-Month Assignment) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on acuity level
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency environments
