Electrical Test Technician

Required Skills & Experience Associates degree in Power, High Voltage, Electrical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, Electro-magnetic/equivalent major or 2 years experience with Transformer Factory Acceptance Testing or Field Commissioning Testing. NFP70E Medium Voltage certification & NEC Training (achieved within 30 days of start in role prior to beginning electrical work) 2 years of product testing in a manufacturing environment. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Certified (Industrial Journeyman/Master) Electrician Intermediate knowledge of mechanical testing with ability to diagnose potential failure mechanisms Experience in root cause problem solving (5 Why, 8D, PDCA, etc.)  Experience effectively training other employees to work instructions/standard work  Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP system (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
