Shift Notes

12hr nights, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage

LEVEL 3 OR 4 NICU EXPERIENCE MANAGER TO INTERVIEW PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED 50 mile radius rule, DL is source of truth

- Unit: NICU - Level 4 - # beds: 71 - 17 of those stepdown - Certs: BLS, NRP. Cardiac STABLE plus. 
Minimum 3 years of experience (required). - 
Ratios: 1:2 ICU, 1:3 Level 2 - 
EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment. 
Also a high risk RN resource. - Nurse Aides: 1 PCT per shift. - Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend.
