Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Advertising & Promotion

Responsibilities

Manage US regulatory activities for advertising and promotion of marketed products
Develop product messages and materials across multiple functional areas collaboratively
Provide regulatory guidance to commercial and medical affairs teams on conference exhibits and speaker programs
Review US and global product materials for regulatory compliance and corporate goals
Lead FDA Office of Prescription Drug Promotion interactions and maintain advisory relationships

Requirements

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in regulatory advertising and promotion
Bachelor's degree in life sciences from accredited institution
Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and marketing regulations
Experience with pharmaceutical products; biologics experience preferred
FDA OPDP/APLB interaction experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory advice
Advanced degree (Masters, PharmD, PhD) preferred
