• Job Summary
  We are seeking a  detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Accounting Clerk  to join our automotive dealership team. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our office operations. Prior Accounting experience required.

Experience

• Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with basic math concepts for data verification purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic accounting knowledge required
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry of accounting and dealership transactions
• Handle deposits, reconcile statements, and maintain financial records
• Support office staff with administrative and accounting tasks
• Ensure accuracy in Excel spreadsheets and dealership software
• Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
• Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed, providing administrative support to team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
