As a Surgical Technologist , you are a vital member of a surgical care team. Your responsibilities include assisting the sterile processing department team in preparing and sterilizing equipment and supplies, offering technical assistance during surgical procedures, maintaining records and documentation, and upholding patient safety protocols. You'll assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, spanning from general surgeries to specialty areas such as cataract, dental, ENT, obstetrics, orthopedics, podiatry, and urology.

Schedule

• Position works primarily 8-hour shifts during Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am).
• Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per week, and every 5-6th weekend, and Holiday Call rotation.
• Open to Part Time or Full Time

This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
• Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Previous experience preferred
