Here at atCAUSE Law Office We are the Non-Stuffy Attorneys. We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join us and add to our Non-Stuffiness! We were founded in 2020 during the height of Covid from the living room of our Managing Attorney, and now, we have 24 Staff and are on track to do 6.5 Million in revenue in 2026. Aligning our team to the goals of the firm so that we can share the benefits of our success with the people who helped get us there is something that we are very passionate about. About the Role

The Estate Planning Attorney is responsible for delivering high-quality estate planning legal services to clients. This role focuses on client consultations, drafting comprehensive estate plans, and providing strategic advice on wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection matters. One important factor for us is that we a very different law firm. We have a non-attorney sales team with flat fees for our services and so none of our lawyers have any responsibility for billables. Commissions are of course paid if you do bring in business, but at no time during your yearly review will your performance be judged based on the money your bring in; only on the results of your work.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess estate planning needs and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize complex estate planning documents including revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and supplemental needs trusts.
• Advise clients on probate, trust administration, gift & estate tax planning, and asset protection.
• Manage a full caseload from initial consultation through document execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate effectively with estate planning paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain current knowledge of Florida and federal estate, gift, and tax laws.
• Participate in client meetings and document signings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate referrals.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of specific experience practicing estate planning law.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package :

• Salary will depend on depth of experience with Estate Planning.
