Relocation assistance and sign-on incentives may be available depending on experience.\n \n Position Overview\n \n Permanent, full-time role\n 36 hours per week\n Night shift schedule\n Acute care hospital environment\n Level II trauma center exposure\n EPIC electronic medical record system\n Collaborative interdisciplinary care team\n Shift Details\n \n Night Shift\n 12-hour shifts\n 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM\n 36 hours per week (3x12 schedule)\n Weekend rotation typical for hospital scheduling\n \n \n Compensation & Incentives\n \n Salary range: $69,076 – $103,334 annually (depending on experience)\n Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends\n Relocation assistance may be available\n Sign-on bonus may be available depending on experience\n Comprehensive benefits package\n \n Key Responsibilities\n Provide respiratory care across medical floors, adult critical care, and emergency services\n Administer breathing treatments and airway therapies\n Perform secretion mobilization treatments\n Manage non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation\n Assist with intubations and cardiopulmonary resuscitation\n Draw and analyze arterial blood gases\n Obtain EKGs and support cardiac monitoring\n Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams\n Document respiratory treatments and assessments in EPIC\n Ensure equipment safety and maintain respiratory therapy standards\n \n Equipment & Technology\n Respiratory therapists in this department work with advanced equipment including:\n Avea ventilators\n Puritan Bennett 840 ventilators\n 3100B HFOV ventilators\n VentiPac transport ventilators\n V60 and Vision non-invasive ventilators\n IPV therapy systems\n Capnostream ETCO2 monitoring\n OmniCell medication dispensing system\n EPIC electronic medical record system\n \n Requirements\n Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required\n Oregon Respiratory Therapist License – Required (temporary license may be available while obtaining permanent licensure)\n BLS Certification (AHA) – Required\n Minimum 1 year respiratory therapy experience preferred\n Will consider new grads\n Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n Ability to work effectively in fast-paced acute care environments\n \n Why This Opportunity\n This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity hospital environment with advanced respiratory equipment and a strong interdisciplinary care team.
