- Lead the installation of Central Air Systems, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Boilers, and Mini-Splits.
- Execute Line Set Installations and ensure pristine job site cleanup.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Guide and teach less experienced team members on best practices.
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Current Connecticut S2 License.
- Completion of an HVAC Trade School program.
- Self-starter mentality with a focus on doing the job right the first time.
- Base pay ranking in the top 90th percentile for the state.
- Structured bonus program: Earn between $100 and $250 extra per job for meeting budget, passing quality inspections, and avoiding callbacks.
