Senior Technical Program Manager, Search AI Security

Be the trusted program owner for critical AI Security efforts for Search. Drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks to engineering teams and leadership.Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term AI Security roadmap and strategy for Search.Apply deep technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search AI products and infrastructure.Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with teams across Google including Legal, Trust & Safety, Engineering, and PM to drive alignment and land impactful changes for the organization's security needsLead the execution of complex, high-impact cross-Search security projects, often with geographically disparate teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable improvements to Search's security posture.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management.Preferred qualifications:8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical audiences across all functions and organizational levels.Experience managing multiple concurrent complex interactions with geographically disparate teams.Experience delivering solutions in a highly complex, changing, and nebulous environment.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. This role requires an expert at navigating ambiguity, driving execution, and partnering with senior leadership within Search and across other Product Areas.
