I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in marketing before deciding to leave the corporate world and pursue small business ownership. I attended Utah State University and earned my MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Sterling Campbell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensación: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
