Their personalities set us apart from the competition. What’s a day in the life of a Team Member? Our Team Members make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We look for true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming environment from the moment they walk in. Serve high‑quality food and beverages in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain a safe and clean store environment at all times. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and product quality. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours and days, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must be able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits Flexible schedule – you will never have to work past 3PM (no evenings and no nights).
