Service Advisor Position

Oxmoor Auto Group in Louisville, KY has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor for our growing store. We have an abundance of business and are seeking an individual who wants to work for a top-notch organization.

Compensation based on experience. Earnings up to $70,000 per year for qualified applicants with experience.

Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service manager.
• Handle writing up basic maintenance for our service customers.
• Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specification
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.

Qualifications of the Service Advisor:

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
