Responsibilities Compass Intervention Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Dietary Cook. The Dietary Cook is responsible for the provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Dietary Department. Key Responsibilities include: The Dietary Cook will also be responsible for the following: Provide nutritional and attractive meals for patients. Maintain an organized and sanitary environment. Ensure proper storage of food and supplies and ensure compliance with all Federal and State Laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and with JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer prior dietary experience in a facility, health care setting. Prefer knowledge of equipment usage including stoves, ovens, steamer, fryer, grill, electric mixer, dishwashing machines, microwave, food charts.
