We seek an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in our hospital laboratory. Position Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and support a team of laboratory professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (CLIA, CAP, OSHA).
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to address diagnostic needs and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
