Experienced HVAC Technician Location: Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C, Bridgeport, CT Pay Range: $35‑$45 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM ‑ 5:00 PM Benefits 100% company‑paid health insurance Paid holidays Vacations 401(k) with a 3.5% match Education reimbursement After 12 months, personal financial consultant paid Company cell phone, tablet, uniform, and vehicle Role Responsibilities You arrive ready to tackle the day’s assignments, skillfully executing essential system repair when immediate issues arise, methodically carrying out scheduled maintenance checks to preempt breakdowns, and expertly managing the end‑to‑end process for complete system installation projects. Qualifications Class D or S Connecticut Journeyman license 5+ years of experience with residential heating and air conditioning installations and services Valid Connecticut driver’s license and a clean driving record Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check.
