Machine operator - Burlington
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine operator to work with a leading company in Burlington. This role involves setting up and operating manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining a high standard of quality control in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay rates
- 19.50 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Machine operator
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
Role tasks for Machine operator
- Set up and operate various machines used in the manufacturing process
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor operational issues
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times
- Follow all daily operational procedures and safety protocols
Location : Burlington. This position is based in a key manufacturing facility in the area.
