Product Manager, IT & User Experience

**Job Summary:**The IT Product Manager discovers and drives the why, what, and how of our software products,**Primary Responsibilities:**Help drive product strategy by leveraging customer usage data, business knowledge and competitive research to understand potential opportunities while solving for challengesWork with design teams to create wire-frames, early stage prototypes as well as helping define design principles and systems**Required Skills:****Customer Experience**: Must be able to construct a cohesive user journey to enable the design of customer centric experiences**Technical Skills**: Must be able to understand and work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverables**Minimum Education and Experience:**Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience6+ years of IT and Product experienceProven leadership ability to drive team productivity and collaborationAbility to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environmentExperience in Solar preferred, but not required**IGS Energy is a purpose-driven energy retailer serving homes and businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
