Staffing Manager

ManTech International

As a Staffing Manager at ManTech International, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, cyber, engineering, and cleared roles that support critical U.S. national security missions. You will partner with program leaders to forecast needs, design sourcing strategies, and build pipelines for hard-to-find talent in professional, scientific, and technical services. Using data-driven insights and ATS/HRIS tools, you will manage requisitions, ensure compliance with federal and contract requirements, and drive a high-quality candidate experience. In ManTech’s mission-focused, collaborative culture, you’ll help shape workforce planning while benefiting from robust training, career growth, and competitive total rewards.
