Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianNorthwest Respiratory Services seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Eagan Headquarters. This person will be completing services and maintaining all respiratory equipment in accordance with all manufacturers' specifications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Clean, test, diagnose problems, and repair all equipment in accordance with manufacturers specificationsPerform regular preventative maintenance on equipment, warehouse facilities and equipmentUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment to complete job dutiesReport discovery of faulty operations, defective materials and any other unusual situations to proper supervision.Follow proper infection control procedures in accordance with all applicable government agenciesMaintain necessary maintenance records and systems and assist in maintaining the preventative maintenance program to continue quality improvement programs and comply with JCAHO and company standards.Assist Service Technicians and Respiratory Therapists with equipment and parts for their duties in the field, regarding preventative maintenanceCompensation and Benefits:$19-$21 per hourHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceEmployer Paid Life InsuranceMatched 401k Eligibility on Day One of EmploymentFSA Account (Medical and/or Dependent)Pet InsuranceShort Term and Long Term DisabilityAccident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness InsuranceKey Qualifications:Electrical and/or Mechanical knowledge preferredAbility to be punctual and dependable with a stable work historyAbility to read and interpret documents and instructions in a variety of formatsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPass a criminal background checkPass a physical capability testWe look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!Northwest Respiratory Services is a privately held, regional leader in the respiratory product and service industry.
