Key Responsibilities

• Participate in call coverage with a ratio of 1 in 3.
• Handle up to 6 phone consultations within a 24-hour period, with variable admissions.
• Work in a 77-bed facility, managing both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Perform arthroscopy and total joint replacements.
• Provide fracture care and emergency room call coverage.
• Respond to calls within a 20-minute timeframe.
• Demonstrate skills in joint revision and repair.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in arthroscopy and joint replacement.
• Ability to manage fracture care and ER responsibilities.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.
