L’Esthetique Med Spa is seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is a part-time position to start , with the opportunity to transition into full-time as your client book grows .

What You’ll Do:

• Perform facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients and recommend medical-grade skincare products
• Actively promote services and retail products
• Build, maintain, and grow your client base
• Deliver a high-end, exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas Aesthetician License
• 2+ years of experience (medical spa preferred)
• Experience with Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling (Morpheus8/lasers a plus)
• Strong social media presence is REQUIRED (Instagram, content creation, before & afters, engagement, etc.)
• Comfortable being on camera and actively creating content to promote yourself and the practice
• Strong sales skills and client retention mindset
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Position Details:

• Part-time to start

• Hourly pay + commission
