What You’ll Do Deliver trailers and containers to customer locations safely and on schedule Operate manual transmission vehicles Follow approved navigation tools, including GPS and maps, to reach destinations safely and efficiently Keep the yard clean, organized, and running efficiently Perform minor trailer repairs and routine maintenance Inspect equipment and flag issues before they become bigger problems Comply with ICC and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Track and document hours worked in accordance with legal requirements Accurately record equipment movement, including date, time, location, and other relevant details Support day-to-day yard operations and coordinate with Operations Manager What You Need Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of driving experience Manual transmission experience required Clean driving record Working knowledge of DOT/ICC compliance requirements Ability to lift, move, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have Mechanically inclined comfortable with basic trailer/equipment repair Rollback experience Experience working in a yard, fleet, or logistics environment What WOW offers you Opportunity for overtime Insurance plans (eligibility after 30 days of employment): Health Dental Vision (Company paid) Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance Health Savings Account with generous employer contributions Team Member Referral Program 401k with company match (60-day contribution eligibility) Boot Allowance Tool Allowance Uniforms Provided WEEKLY PAY 10 Paid Holidays PTO Plan Bonus potential (Monthly and Quarterly) #J-18808-Ljbffr
