Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 3 years hands-on SEO experience; candidates with medical device / B2B industry background are preferred. Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications are a plus. Proficient in SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console (GSC) and GA4. Good command of English to handle international SEO projects independently. 1. Job Overview Take charge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the company’s global websites. Adopt technical strategies and data-driven approaches to boost organic search visibility, traffic quality and keyword rankings, delivering a steady stream of leads to hit the monthly target of over 300 leads. 2. Key Responsibilities Full-site SEO: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for global websites. International & Geo-localized SEO: Execute international SEO and geo-targeted localization strategies to support regional business operations across multiple markets. Technical SEO: Optimize Schema markup, page loading speed, mobile responsiveness and other technical metrics. Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research and optimize keyword distribution & content roadmaps. Backlink Development: Build high-quality backlinks to enhance website domain authority. Competitor SEO Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO tactics and propose optimization recommendations. Data Tracking & Reporting: Track keyword rankings and traffic metrics via dedicated tools and deliver regular SEO performance reports. Content SEO Collaboration: Partner with the content team to maximize SEO performance of all published content. Website Health Audit: Conduct regular SEO health audits and troubleshoot underlying technical issues. Algorithm Trend Monitoring: Keep track of search engine algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies timely.
