Digital Consulting Director, Oracle Cloud Risk Management (Chicago)

Position Overview

Director – Oracle Risk Management / Lease Accounting

Location: United States of America

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting) solutions in cloud environments.
• Gather requirements, document, test, and deploy applications.
• Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing.
• Train and mentor Huron staff in project‑management and technical tasks.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on enterprise‑scale platform implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Risk Management or Lease Accounting.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to establish trust with senior‑level client executives.
• Proven thought leadership evidenced by speaking engagements and/or publications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 – $225,000 (annual). Total compensation including incentive can range from $218,750 to $303,750.
