The facility supports a structured anesthesia department with an established supervision model and organized clinical workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a supervision model during day shifts at an acute care facility in Reno, Nevada, working Monday through Friday on 8-hour shifts and participating in call coverage at a 1:3 ratio with weekend call shifts. The case mix is primarily endoscopy-driven, followed by orthopedic, OB, and general surgery procedures. Call coverage includes one CRNA on call and a backup call CRNA to address any cases outside of OB that arise during overnight hours. The facility seeks a clinician willing to work approximately 16 to 20 days per month, and two locum tenens clinicians may be engaged to fulfill this coverage need.
